Jojo’s Parties is a children’s party service located at Unit 60a, Ocean Terminal, Ocean Drive, Leith, EH6 6JJ, United Kingdom. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
These terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.
2. Booking Process
To book a party, you must complete the booking form and pay a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. Final payment and any add-ons must be settled either through the link provided in your confirmation email or no later than one week before the event.
Bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once payment is processed.
3. Payments and Pricing
The total cost for each party package is listed on our website and includes all advertised amenities and services.
Additional costs, such as lunch boxes (£4.50 per child) and party bags (£4 per child), must be pre-arranged and added during final payment.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your event up to two weeks before the booked date, subject to availability.
Cancellations: If you cancel, you are not obliged to pay for the remining amount of the booked event.
Refunds: refunds after final payment are not given. But if you have a special circumstance for your refund, please contact us.
5. Guest Policy
Party capacity guidelines vary depending on the package:
Soft Play: Up to 16 children (ages 1-5)
Gaming Party: Up to 12 children (+8 adults, optional)
Silent Disco: Up to 30 children etc. Please see the details of each party before you book.
Guests may not bring their own food, except for a birthday cake.
6. Health and Safety
Jojo’s Parties ensures all equipment and facilities are safe and hygienic. However, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. At least one parent (the person who made the booking) is required to stay at the party location for the duration of the party. This person is accountable for any and all injuries, harm or damage if the parent is not present.
Any allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated at least one week prior to the event.
7. Liability
Jojo’s Parties is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event unless caused by negligence on our part.
Any damages to property or equipment caused by guests may incur additional charges.
8. Photography
By attending a Jojo’s Parties event, you consent to photography and video recording, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
In case you forgot to inform us about your preference on documentation you can email us anytime to remove any publicly available photographs or videos.
