What does each party package entail?
Each party runs slightly differently depending on the package you choose. If you select a package on the booking page, you’ll find detailed information on how the party runs, what to expect, and answers to some frequently asked questions specific to that party.
Where are you located?
We’re located on the first floor of Ocean Terminal, right at the very end of the centre, on the opposite side from the car park.
Can parents stay for the party?
It’s completely up to you whether you’d like parents to stay or not. However, we do encourage parents not to stay, as we don’t have a designated seating area for them.
Ocean Terminal has a great selection of places to grab a coffee, so parents are welcome to relax nearby while we take care of the party!
Is there parking available?
Yes! We’re located in Ocean Terminal, which has a free multi-storey car park available for visitors.
How far in advance do you normally get booked up?
Availability varies from month to month, so if you have a specific date in mind, we recommend booking as soon as possible. A £50 deposit is all that’s needed to secure your date.
Is face painting included in the price of the party?
Yes, all of our party packages include face painting at no extra cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your party, we will make every effort to accommodate a change of date or time, depending on availability.
After the £50 deposit, when is final balance due?
When booking your party, a £50 deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due one week before your party.
Is the recommended age a restriction?
The recommended age is just a guide. We’re happy to accommodate children outside the recommended age range if parents feel the party is appropriate for their child. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy to offer advice and help you decide.
Party Bags Add-On
For £5 per child we offer a super fun and unique party bag option. Where children get to BYOPB (Build Your Own Party Bag). We offer a range of toys, gifts, goodies and treats. The children get to pick 4 items to create their own unique party bag to take home.
Should you choose to add this option, we ask that you confirm guest numbers no later than one week before your party, so your final balance can be amended.
Lunch box Add-On
You can choose to add lunch boxes for £4.50 per child (5 items included). Please note that guests are not permitted to bring outside catering (besides the cake of course).
What’s included?
Lunch boxes are your typical kids snacks, they contain 5 items, drink, sausage roll, crisps, fruit and a sweet treat. We can do vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free options if needed.
